Dear HMS Families,
This morning, a fire alarm was triggered at our middle school after smoke was observed coming from the ductwork in a classroom. Out of an abundance of caution, we evacuated all students from the building and called the fire department to investigate.
Crews clearing the scene at this time after determining the exact cause of the smoke in an AC unit. We want to assure you that all students are safe, and we will resume classes shortly.
